some 2-3 weeks ago, my OB group did a video for our project.
we brought all our plush toys along to make up the numbers of people in a meeting and make the whole video cute! ;)
I acted as the director of the company. hahahaah now I so wanna laugh whenever I look at our videos!


during the last OB class, our presentation didn't went as smoothly cos of some technical hitches.
but nonetheless, we managed to pull it off well in the end :) PHEW!
prof treated the whole class to pizza, each group had two pizzas and pepsi! :D:D
and we had lots of camwhoring after class! LOL they are a really nice group of friends, we've even planned to go picnic together in december!!

we wore orange top and blazers 'cos our project company was BreadTalk.
we had lots of questions for our presentation because we were the last group -_-ll

with a energized & rejuvenated me :)
I have no exams this semester and it definitely feels shiok great, albeit the busy-ness during the semester.

So, back to update this space.

Dearie's 21st Birthday
cal held his party the day before the actual day.
I spent two days trying to bake a cake to surprise him and given that it was my first attempt, the cream didn't turn out as desired :(
haha anyhow, halfway through helping him with the deco, I went into the "storeroom" and came out surprising him with it.
hurhur, but it was a little melted by then.

the following morning, we went to the zoo.
heh how better can it gets than for a nature lover to spend his birthday at the zoo?
woo I made the card and butter cookies. heh.
anyhow, because it was his birthday, he received complimentary admission with a free scoop of ice cream ;)
the boy got kissed by a sea lion during our photo-taking,
bet that made it even more memorable=)

Adeline's and Nicholas's Birthday Celebration

hehe we had a really nice celebration and catch-up session sometime in early november.
such sessions are really hard to come by with all 3 of us in different specializations and uni life being so hectic, but I had so much fun spending the few hours just talking to them :))
ade and I saw this wallpaper outside the washroom which was so apt for her, cos it was a day before her twenty-first :P

then we went up to the rooftop of vivo and saw the display with lots of duckies (nic's favourites)

I had fun at the zoo today :)
and I hope the birthday boy did too.

I think the peck by the seal would have made a 21st memorable ;)

that I broke down, twice.
it's the first time verk sees me cry this hard.

i don't think i'm being over-sensitive at all.
my heart aches.
and it's breaking up.

last friday:
karaoke session at bedok followed by project meeting in bugis with my very awesome group OB:)
it's really nice that we are all very 'gum' since our first meeting, i feel that we are more like friends than project mates actually! :)
cos we can just talk and share about our personal life.
we sat in bugis food court till they close for the night,
then went jco instead to continue on our discussion till they drove us away cos we were the last customer
and they had to clean the place.

LOL too engrossed in our discussion >.<
everything ended at about 11plus at night.



Last sat:
went for my old pal, kenneth's bdae party! :)
dear came along with me :):)
and thank god for him, otherwise I don't know how I'm gonna make my way to the chalet.
but before that we went ikea tampines for my all-time favourite ikea nuggets :):):)
the alexandra one removed it from their menu already and since then I've been wanting to go ikea tampines for that.
it's goooooooooooooooood!
Kenneth's cake was really unique too, with a pic of the his head and a sumo body.
he claims that was before BMT>.<
we left earlier later in the night, intended to go back home and clear my work.


but but.
guess what?
dear drove past the changi beach area and we stopped to catch planes!!!
we thought might as well, given we were already in the area.
it was such a unique experience looking at how those planes zoom past so close and big, overhead.
the runway and planes look magnificent.
can you figure out a plane from the pic above? :P

gave up taking pics of the plane cos the light source wasn't enough,
so we took a nice pic of ourselves.

TODAY!
I finally used the oven!!!
hee. we went imm giant to do some grocery shopping in the morning.

to make chocolate chips and banana muffins.

it has been a romantic evening :)
it wasn't one with roses, nor did we have candlelit dinner.
but it was just us in my boyfriend's cosy room singing duets!
hahaha can you imagine?
we played one of the Love 101 CD which we bought for each other coincidentally on Vday.

and and..
started singing with the lyrics book!

ahaha the evening was so simple..
yet very romantic <3

had a long day yesterday, ended the day with tuition in the evening.
brought my cousins M&Ms cos it was children's day.
yea, i bet you guys forgot about it too :p

but yesterday i had such a sweet surprise :)
dear came to pick me up after tuition, he got me to open the drawer in the car and i found this!



a combi of my favourite STRAWBERRY-flavoured goodies :)))
(the pocky behind can't be seen. tsk yes i eat kids' cookies!)

it may be nothing expensive, but it totally made my day! *beams*
